On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy sofa nook and direct access to the covered patio—perfect for sitting outside in any weather and enjoying the view of the lovingly landscaped garden. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. A guest restroom and an utility room with a washer and dryer provide added convenience—especially practical for longer stays.

The following are exempt from the guest tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
