The “Friesenkuss” vacation home, lovingly and tastefully furnished, is a modern semi-detached house in a dreamlike location, right on the idyllic Lake Wangermeer in Hohenkirchen. Here, Nordic charm meets contemporary comfort—ideal for a relaxing vacation.
The light-filled living and dining area forms the heart of the home. A comfortable sofa area, a spacious dining table, and the fully equipped, modern kitchen invite you to linger and enjoy your time here. From the living area, you have direct access to the fenced-in garden—perfect for families with children or a dog. There, you’ll find a covered terrace with a glass roof and a cozy beach chair—ideal for relaxing, barbecuing, and enjoying sunny days. An electric awning provides pleasant shade when needed.
The first floor also features a guest restroom and a practical utility room with a washer and dryer.
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where two comfortable bedrooms—each with a double bed, TV, and built-in closet—await you. Another, smaller bedroom with a single bed offers additional space. The spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet perfectly rounds out the comfortable living experience.

The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and “B” designation).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
