Welcome to the Austernfischer vacation home—your modern semi-detached home for a relaxing getaway in idyllic Wiarden in Wangerland.
With 92 m² of living space, the house accommodates up to 5 guests and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Dogs are also welcome, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the vacation too.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area (with a pull-out bed), and a dining area for evenings spent together. A bathroom with a shower and an utility room with a washer and dryer provide additional comfort.
Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms with box-spring beds, a children’s or teen’s room with a single bed, and the highlight of the house: a spacious spa bathroom with a sauna, bathtub, shower, and double sink—perfect for relaxing after a day at the North Sea.
Its quiet location makes the “Austernfischer” the ideal starting point for trips to the beaches of Horumersiel and Schillig, or for bike rides along the dikes and through the vast Frisian countryside.
Right next door is the cozy semi-detached house “Sturmmöwe,” making both homes ideal for vacations with family or friends. Wiarden – Peace and Quiet and North Sea Nature in Wangerland
The idyllic village of Wiarden is nestled in the heart of the green Wangerland region and offers the perfect blend of rural tranquility and proximity to the North Sea. Surrounded by vast fields, dikes, and typical Frisian villages, guests can relax here while still having quick access to many attractions.
Just a few minutes away are the popular North Sea resorts of Horumersiel and Schillig, with their long sandy beaches and direct access to the Wadden Sea—ideal for days at the beach, mudflat hikes, or bike rides along the dikes. The coastal town of Hooksiel, with its harbor and popular beach, is also within easy reach.
