The heart of the apartment is the bright living and dining area with direct access to the garden and a breathtaking view of the lake. A cozy sofa with an armchair, an inviting dining table, and the fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation with the whole family.
Two lovingly furnished bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep: one with a comfortable double bed, the second with a practical bunk bed—ideal for children or friends. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
There is also an utility room with a washing machine—especially convenient for longer stays. The fully fenced-in yard is perfect for relaxing and playing—ideal for families with children or a dog.
Underfloor heating, a built-in ventilation system, and electric roller shutters provide additional comfort.

The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant accompaniment.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
