Look forward to a lovingly furnished floating home with a bedroom featuring a cozy double bed and plenty of storage space thanks to the large built-in closet in the hallway. The open living and dining area with a direct view of the lake invites you to linger. There’s also a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm) here that can accommodate two additional guests if needed.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking—whether it’s a cozy breakfast or dinner with a view of the lake. The bathroom features high-quality fixtures and includes a spacious shower and a toilet.
For water sports enthusiasts, a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) is available, and direct access to the water allows you to take a refreshing dip in the lake at any time. A special highlight is the large rooftop terrace: Here you can round off relaxing vacation days with a barbecue—sunset included.

The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
