Landhaus Gottels – a cozy getaway right on Lake Wangermeer
Welcome to Landhaus Gottels—a cozy vacation home with rustic charm in the small village of Gottels, near Hohenkirchen. Located right next to Lake Wangermeer, the house offers plenty of space to unwind and is ideal for couples, families, or a relaxing vacation for up to 4 people.
The cottage combines the original character of the house with cozy and unpretentious furnishings. Here, your vacation can be a little more laid-back—with various cozy nooks for reading, playing games, dining together, or enjoying a cozy evening on the sofa.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a TV and a desk. This makes the house well-suited for those times when you need to work on your laptop during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals on vacation. Adjacent to it is another living and dining area, so you can still enjoy the shared vacation experience even while cooking.
A separate reading and game corner provides an additional cozy retreat—perfect for a good book, a game night, or some quiet time in between.
Also on the first floor are a bathroom with a large shower and toilet, as well as a convenient laundry room.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Thus, the country house offers sleeping accommodations for up to four people in total. In addition, there is a small second bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor. This is a practical addition to the large bathroom on the first floor, especially when the house is occupied by several people. The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
