The staff was awesome and the food was great. I had a problem initially with the aircon and it was addressed in five minutes. The staff was able to arrange transport and tours for me, as Grab/Gojek does not operate here.
Despite having a wireless repeater, the wireless was poor, frequently disconnected or was not available. I had to utilize my eSIM constantly for an internet connection.
