Fantastic top floor location with view of lake. Friendly and helpful host. Beautiful clean and modern apartment. Double windows so no street noise even though opposite station and with shops and restaurants below.
Had a silent ceiling fan that worked pretty well but in a heat wave maybe needed some extra air conditioning.

Posizione vicino a stazione e imbarcadero (ma vedi nota sul locale sottostante, in strada). Camera ampia e ben vivibile. Bagno ristrutturato di recente, ha uno spazio doccia grande. Il letto è comodo. Invece del "solito" condizionatore, la camera ha un ventilatore silenzioso, a quattro velocità e associato alla luce della camera (che si può spegnere tramite telecomando, lasciando avviato il ventilatore). Davide è un guest disponibile.
Nella strada sottostante c'è un bar molto frequentato: i rumori degli avventori si possono sentire con la finestra aperta e fino a tarda ora. Io sarò "delicato" per i rumori ma consiglio comunque l'uso dei tappi per le orecchie...
