Honestly, we couldn’t have wished for more from our stay. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We rented two units: an apartment with a kitchen on the ground floor and an additional room with a balcony for my mom. Both had excellent air conditioning, which made a big difference during the hot days. The location is perfect—just one minute from shops, cafés, and bakeries, only a five-minute walk to the beach, and with a large, modern children’s playground right across the street. Despite being so close to everything, the property is wonderfully peaceful, with no street noise at all. We absolutely loved the beautiful garden, where we spent many relaxing moments. Having a private parking space on-site was very convenient, and we also appreciated being able to use the washing machine whenever we needed it. This is truly one of the best places to stay in Ulcinj, especially for families with children or anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-located accommodation. What made our stay truly unforgettable, though, was the hospitality of the host family. Their kindness and generosity were simply priceless. They were always available to help with anything we needed, yet they gave us complete privacy throughout our stay. After 12 wonderful days at the villa, we left feeling fully rested and with our hearts full of gratitude. The people of Ulcinj are incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming, and this experience will stay with us for a long time.

Mieszkanie duże, czyste, zgodne z opisem. Byliśmy tylko 1 noc i było OK. Na dłuższy pobyt byłoby ciężko, bo maleńka, kompaktowa kuchnia uniemożliwia robienie posiłków. W pobliżu są jednak liczne restauracje. Miejsce parkingowe na terenie obiektu to wielki plus

Čisto, uredno, mirno, prijatan domaćin, prodavnica pekara apoteka restorani itd blizu. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Sve pohvale.

Villa with beautiful garden and parking. We rented a room. Room is very clean, with a nice smell and nice balcony. Bathroom is also roomy and spotless. Villa is in street that has all sorts of shops and restaurants, it is full with people at evenings and with activities both for kids and couples. Host, Blerim, is extremely nice, he made sure we had everything and if something missed we just game him a call.
