Very authentic Montenegrian eksperimence compared to the Lustica Peninsula

Quite setting with a beautiful view. The hosts were very helpful and sweet people. They helped us out when we arrived on a day when all shops in Ulcinj were closed due to national holidays. They took us on a wonderful boattrip and made out stay something special. Super hosts.

Beautiful sea view, close to old town

1 minute away from beautiful local beach, either by pedestrian stairs or around via road by car. 10 minutes walking distance from the old town city centre of beautiful Ulcinj/Ulqin. Lovely local hosts, smart, relaxed and informative. Great value for money. Amazing sea view, especially in the morning, so be sure to take that room, it's more than worth it. Beautiful outside kitchen, with lovely decorations that make the most beautiful quiet clinging sounds that really make you feel at sea. ⛵🌊

The only thing I can say is, especially for someone older, staircase that leads to the beach is really steep, and very tiring to come back by. Nothing that can't be solved by taking the road around. Also, we couldn't find a market nearby, but there are many just 10 minutes away. For someone who's looking to both go out and be close to a beach it's an amazing option.

Exceptional

Like being at Nonna's. The owners are lovely people. The space is large and has everything you need. It retains the charm of a local apartment. We spent one night here and slept amazingly. The walk to Ulcinj old town is also 10/15minutes. Beautiful views all around.

Maybe I need to improve my driving skills but the roads are tight in August. We came with a van and struggled, but we made it.

Great hosts, modern clean apartment with good facilities, in a very peaceful area of Ulcinj

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were modern and clean and the house had a lovely view. Liman is a short distance from the main town, so it is peaceful and you don't have to deal with the tourist rush.

Because it's a little outside the centre and the area is quite hilly, it is quite a mission to get supplies or to go for a quick trip to town for a drink or something to eat. But this shouldn't deter you too much, the walk isn't that bad.

The house is on the quiet side of the old town along the sea's edge, so it's a beautiful walk to and from the town.

If you drive, make sure you take the back road rather than the road along the sea. It's a bit scary the sea way if you aren't used to very narrow streets along cliff edges.

Apartman se nalazi na lijepoj lokaciji, sa pogledom na stari grad i more. Domaćini su ljubazni i jako prijatni. Pored odvojene privatne kuhinje, posjeduje i zajedničku kuhinju u kojoj se može praviti kafa i jelo i uživati u prelijepom pogledu na more, a sve to uz društvo umiljate mace koja se zove Dembe.

It has been such a pleasure staying at the guesthouse! So clean, most amazing views, stunning rooms and such a lovely host. I could not recommend staying here more. Such a relaxing place and a very short walk to the water! I will definitely be visiting again.

The place was really nice. It was really clean (like very clean!) and cozy. Great view from the balconies on 2nd floor. The hosts were attentive and helpful. Overall great place to spend a vacation, either you a staying for a few days or few weeks. Excellent location if you a looking for some quiet and peacefull place.

If you don't have a car, it can be a little hard carrying your bags from shop or town center after shopping.

Całokształt: Nasz pobyt w Ulcinj był na prawdę cudowny i jest to między innymi zasługa Hanny. Świetnie się nami zaopiekowała i czułyśmy się u nie nie tylko jak w domu, ale wręcz jak u mamy. Nie brakowało nam niczego, wszystko miałyśmy zapewnione, odebrała nas ze stacji, zabrała do marketu samochodem. O cokolwiek byśmy nie zapytały ze wszystkim nam pomogła, a musze dodać, że jesteśmy nieco chaotyczne, więc nie jesteśmy najmniej problematycznymi gośćmi. Pokoje: Czyste, przytulne, w hotelowym standardzie, nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Mieszkałyśmy i w pokoju na górze ze wspólną łazienką i w apartamencie na dole i oba bardzo polecam. Jedynie jeśli potrzebujecie dużo prywatności, lepiej zdecydować się na apartament. Okolica: Do kamienistej plaży z barem wystarczy zejść schodami w dół, kolejna jest 5 minut dalej. Plaża piaszczysta z atrakcjami oraz stare miasto są 15 minut spacerem. Wzgórza są wszędzie w Ulcinj, więc trzeba się liczyć z delikatną wspinaczką. Ale za to widok z tarasu jest tego wart, piłyśmy naszą poranną kawę patrząc na morze, w otoczeniu zieleni, sielanka. Idealny balans pomiędzy byciem blisko wszelakiej infrastruktury i wystarczajaco daleko od hałasów nocnego życia.

Tolle Aussicht!

Schöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Es lohnt sich! Zum Strand gelangt man über recht steile Stufen, der Strand ist ein relativ kleiner Steinstrand und es gibt eine Strandbar, die vom benachbarten Hotel betrieben wird. P.S. Es gibt auch Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, wer darauf Wert legt. ;)

Ja, die asphaltierte Zufahrtsstraße ist schmal und hat an einigen Stellen nur Platz für 1 Auto. Dieser Abschnitt ist jedoch nur relativ kurz und machbar. Am wenigsten Verkehr (und somit auch Gegenverkehr ;) gibt es wohl am zwischen 7-8 Uhr und am Abend ab 19 Uhr.

Zalig verblijf op prachtige locatie en heel gastvrij!

We werden na een vermoeiende reis heel warm ontvangen. Ze stonden steeds klaar voor ons en gaven tips over de omgeving, reisroutes, restaurants,… Het uitzicht is prachtig, de kamer heel net en de buitenkeuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je hebt je auto niet nodig om naar de oude stad of de verschillende stranden te gaan. Kortom, een echte aanrader! Wij komen zeker terug als we in de buurt zijn!
