Pulizia, comodità del letto, lavatrice, doccia, balconcino, vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici, centro città. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, comodo e attrezzato ma è adatto più nei mesi freddi.
L'appartamento si trova in un condominio defilato ma troppo vicino a piazza della Vittoria, frequentata da molti giovani che si ritrovano fino alle 2 di notte nei bar, ristoranti e birrerie di zona. Almeno d'estate, l'appartamento risente quindi del rumore proveniente dalla piazza. Noi siamo, purtroppo, capitati in 2 giorni caldissimi (31 gradi in casa anche di notte) e non potevamo aprire le finestre per il rumore esterno. Inoltre, in occasione della vittoria del Paris Saint German contro l'Arsenal, ci sono stati atti di vandalismo sulla via e cariche della polizia con lacrimogeni. Quindi, su 6 notti di permanenza, abbiamo dormito bene solo 3 notti.
