Guillaume is attentive and very kind. Everything was as we expected. It is not a big apartment but much better than a hotel room. He sent tram directions and met me as I got off for a quick key drop off and overview. Getting in touch through mobile is helpful. The apart is cosy- has perfect kitchenette and shutters to close off the city. Everything was very clean and easy. It is well located on a quiet street 2 blocks from place de la victoire- so easy from airport or train station by bus. There is Rue Catherine 3 blocks up which is the longest pedestrian road in Europe- full of shops and dining… also close to plenty of traiteurs ( artisanal prepared food to take home) & boulangeries ( think heavenly croissants)
Cannot say enough about how peaceful our stay was- we needed a place to land before exploring Bordeaux and it’s surroundings and we are pleased to have stayed here.
