The property itself has been recently refurbished to an extremely high standard, it is set over 2 floors and combines modern living whilst still feeling comfortable and homely. The entrance hall leads you to a modern and well equipped kitchen next to a handy cloakroom. Follow the hallway to the light and airy living room, made bright by huge sash windows overlooking the street below and offering just a glimpse of the sea! The living room is comfortable and spacious, with high ceilings and smart TV.
Through a door leading off the hallway is the staircase to the large master bedroom, the bedroom is beautifully decorated with relaxing tones. Double french doors open out to a Juliet balcony, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea on a summers morning. The king size bed can also be made into twin beds on request. The en-suite bathroom is immaculate and beautifully tiled, with large bath and overhead shower.
The property is accessed via a very well maintained communal hallway and four wide flights of stairs.
