Really nice feel to the property - decor, space, pleasant outdoor space. Kitchen a delight for all to gather in. Plenty of alternatives if people wanted a bit of peace. Very close to beach including dog friendly beach and shops. Property allowed dogs. Hosts willing to accommodate our needs and attended promptly to a minor issue.
No parking at the property. We booked parking for the week through Just Park. Ten minute walk away by the station but much cheaper than town car parks.

The location was brilliant, right in the centre of the action. Inside the house has lots of character and a real hidden gem.
There was some areas that could do with some extra attention when cleaning. Such as the garden, laundry room and stairs. The bedrooms, toilets and kitchen were clean however. The stairs will be a problem for people with mobility issues as they are steep and winding.

There was splenty of space for our group of six. The kitchen is well resourced so we were able to self cater. Thanks Jonty for being such a responseful host and addressing the water issue so quickly.
Outdoor space and lean-to not clean enough to use and very cluttered.
