Lovely large house with a bedroom and bathroom on ground floor for the less abled people in our party
There were a few items that could have benefitted from a little maintenance.(cupboard door in bathroom, mark on ceiling etc.)

Good location near the beach. Plenty of space and sleeping options and comfortable beds. Decent appliances in the kitchen for a large party and plenty of hot water for the showers.
Bedding while clean was not suitable for summer (quite thick winter duvets). The outside area was a total mess - had not been cleaned at all; outside seating was soiled and dirty. Found a bag of a previous occupants dog mess, the BBQ was dirty and the area was littered with plastic buckets and very unkempt in general. Considering we had hired the place to make use of the outside area this was a disappointment. There were also no fans available which was a disappointment and noted that the blinds cord in the main room was broken.

"The house was huge with many spaces to entertain! Its also a 3 mins walk to the beach. We stayed for 2 nights and we had such a blast enjoying the board games. All the TVs are new with netflix access...."
