Spotlessly clean and very central.
Owing to central position it was a bit noisy over the weekend.

Great location, few mins walk to the beach and harbour. Lovely and clean. Games for the children to play. Plastic plates etc for children. Host very communicative and answered any questions promptly
Noisy at night, but was told about on booing so can't be helped. It was height of summer so had to have windows open making noise louder.
