About this cottage rental
The house itself is cosy and well equipped, it even has a piano for those of you looking to learn a new tune whilst on holiday! The ground floor comprises an open plan living room, which leads into the dining area with stairs coming off it to the first floor. There is a 43 inch Smart TV in the living room, which has all online services but not live channels. At the back of the house is the kitchen, with AGA range, and patio doors leading out to the enclosed garden at the rear (please note, the AGA is the only oven at the house, but there is a conventional hob in the kitchen also).
On the first floor is the newly fitted, stylish family bathroom with walk in shower and a separate freestanding bath. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, both with double beds. Up to the loft room on the second floor is a further bedroom with two single beds.
The nearby Newton's Cove is just a short walk away with shallow waters and rock pools, there is a shingle beach at low tide which is ideal for a quick dip in the sea or even a picnic.
There is unrestricted on street parking on nearby streets to the property, and once you've parked your car, you won't need to move it again as everything is accessible on foot.
