About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 47 m² maisonette in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance to rent for up to 2 people.
It comprises a pretty 10 m² living room with fitted kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 35 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 10 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 35 m² private, fenced garden and a 20 m² north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Swimming and water sports, hiking, cycling and visits to tourist attractions.
- A bike hire service is available on site by reservation only.
- La Maison bretonne is located near the banks of the Rance in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance.
- Little port of La Hisse 1km away
- Plouer sur Rance cove 10 minutes away
- Visit a number of heritage sites: the medieval town of Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, etc.
Transport :
A car is essential for getting around.
You can park directly in the private car park in front of the garden (1 space).
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Dinan, about 7 km away
- Nearest airport: Dinard, approx. 15 km away
Other remarks:
- The flat can be rented at the same time as the flat opposite, La Quinardais, which can accommodate up to 3 travellers.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking. The garden must be cleaned up after your pet.
- Sheets and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
