We had a very beautiful time (2weeks) in this nice cozy house. As by our arrival, the owners has given us a welcoming feeling. Also as a welcome present, there was already a bottle of cidre and a french special bakery on our table. The house was very modern and clean. The size, for a couple like us, perfect. The standard, from cutlery etc was absolutely in best condition. We have to say thank you for one of our best holidays in this region!

Une location très propre, bien située à proximité de tous commerces la seule petite chose peu être à améliorer ce serait au niveau de la literie qui craque un peu et un matelas un peu plus épais sinon tout était nickel et nous avons était vraiment bien reçu par la propriétaire, cette location est à recommander

Zeer net huisje, met leuke decoratie, alles aangepast aan elkaar. Niet groot maar gezellig en praktisch. Aangename eigenaarskoppel, onmiddellijk beschikbaar bij een vraag. Maisonnette moderne, propre, bien décorée, avec goût. Pas très grand, mais agréable et pratique. Les propriétaires sont tout de suite à disposition. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Location coquette et très bien équipée, à proximité des commerces du village; Catherine, la propriétaire est chaleureuse, elle nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'attention et fait le nécessaire pour que nous passions un séjour agréable. Saint Jouan est très bien situé pour visiter la région; à faire absolument: le marché aux huîtres de cancale, Dinan, le Mont Saint Michel et Saint Malo qui est à 3 minutes en voiture; et la promenade au bord de la Rance à côté de la location.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Wohngebiet Nähe einem großen Cora-Supermarkt, wo man alles bekommt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, ist neu und sauber. Wir haben schöne Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht, die Lage des Hauses ist optimal für Radtouren und Ausflüge nach St. Malo, Dinard und Cancale, Dol de Bretagne und Dinan. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite maison joliment décorée avec une terrasse privée et un jardin bien entretenus (en prime 2 transats bien utiles après un retour de randonnée). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. La maison est fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très propre. L'endroit est calme, reposant et proche de tous commerces. La vallée de la Rance est accessible directement (à pied environ 1 km). A visiter les villes historiques et typiques de la Bretagne que sont St Malo,Dinard , Dinan Cancale et bien d'autres lieux à proximité. Nous vous recommandons cette location comme point de départ pour découvrir ces villes et villages le long des côtes bretonnes (GR34) tellement diversifiées. Martine et Patrick

Petite maison bien equipée qui correspond à la description avec son jardin parfaitement entretenu qui invite à la détente et sa terrasse bien exposée au soleil. Une propriétaire disponible et réactive à toute demande. Endroit idéalement située pour explorer la région, St Malo, Dinan, Dinard, le Mont St Michel, sans oublier la route de la baie. Nous recommandons cette location.

Logement fonctionnel, propre dont la décoration est actualisé et où rien ne manque, localisé dans un endroit très calme. Propriétaire accueillant et discret. Situation idéale pour vadrouiller entre St Malo, Cancale, le Mont St Michel où les zones commerciales et d'activités ne manquent pas. Les plages sont accessibles très rapidement également.
