A fantastic deal and a great experience, especially if you're heading to a congress at ExCeL London — well connected

The communication with the host is super easy. You can tell that they tried to make the place as functional and cozy as possible. The room itself is not too big, but definitely sufficient. There is also a small shared living room and kitchen downstairs, with a small patio. It is just about fifteen minutes on foot from ExCeL. The neighborhood is not the wealthiest one in London, but is totally fine.

The only inconvenience I had was that someone next door decided to drill something in the middle of the first night. The bathroom is rather tiny, but that is pretty common in London.

I was absolutely satisfied with my stay in this apartment. During almost 8 days there, I had only one request for the host, and he took care of it within 5 minutes. The Wi-Fi internet speed was around 500 Mbps upload/download and worked flawlessly. There were no issues with noise. The apartment had a fully equipped shared kitchen with a stove, microwave, cutlery, and everything else needed. The only thing missing was a washing machine. However, according to the host, he has already installed one. The proximity to the ExCeL Centre is very convenient if you are coming for an exhibition. Rating: 10/10

Very expensive for the size of the room in our opinion, but perhaps this is just the going rate of rooms in London. Area felt a bit run down at times, approximately a 20 minute walk to the tube. Very close to the city once you’re on the tube.
