Staff great and friendly. Good location for us as we're going to Abba Voyage which was 10 mins walk.

Its just generally quite tired. I think with a refurbished this could be a great place due to location.

When you look at the value for money and what that gets you here, honestly I was stunned. £106 for 2 nights on the bank holiday weekend with a big event in area is amazing. With that, the room exceeded my expectations, with an en-suite bathroom/shower a small area alongside the bed that is more than adequate for a short stay factoring in luggage and space to change. The communal kitchen was incredibly well stocked with an oven, fridge/freezer and even cookware. On top of that, there was cereal, eggs, snacks, tea and milk, spreads and all the other essentials provided at no extra fee. Comfy bed, working TV, a fan,

Out of everything the biggest concern I had was security, it wasn't a significant issue however I feel it's something that could easily be improved and give you that extra little bit of comfort. My rooms window wasn't able to be closed I wasn't sure if it was meant to be like that or if it was broken but it did mean that it would be rather noisy at night, I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't impact me too badly and it's also not something I raised during my stay.

Whole place including reception is very dirty.. dirty walls, dirty carpets and of course our room. Shower door was broken, you could smell cigarettes in place..
