Cleanliness, hassle-free setup upon arrival, adjustable airflow and lighting in the pod, included accessories (slippers, earbuds, etc.), the overall apparent sense of safety, and considerate fellow guests. I also really liked the overall Sci-Fi theme. Great concept.

Pods are not soundproof (inherent to the concept though). TV inside the pod worked but there were no channels to watch. Communal bathroom needs some Refurbishing.

Perfect location for great price. The place is clean.

Unique and fun and comfortable for a few nights. Clean and practically efficient. Good location and helpful and prompt communication.

Could become claustrophobic after a few nights.

Superb value. I like the concept of capsule hotels and this one does it excellently. I will say that it is consistently more expensive than others in London but the capsules are slightly roomier with a couple of little shelves which are very useful. I really like that you enter them from the middle as opposed to the bottom so don’t have to clamber up the bed. Obviously you can’t guarantee this but other guests were super respectful and quiet. I really like the area. Super close to Spitalsfield and very nice restaurants etc. Shower was good and hot with decent power. Communications were excellent. There is also a little safe in the pod - no instructions on how to access that but understand you just need to ask which I will do next time. The spacious co-working space and kitchen is fantastic.

Although pods are great, it is 1 shower between 12 which is not the best for this concept in London (others are 8-10) although TBF it was not an issue. I think the pods are supposed to have a little drop down table but it looks like they’ve been removed or broke which is a shame as that would be super useful.
