    Absolutely perfect apart from the fridge did not work in the room but I can’t fault them because they were more professional than the other city view Hotel and took the information the I had provided regarding the fridge as I wanted them to act responsibly because I felt that if it was something that they were going to take seriously and not lose their business then they must keep it up to standards as this is how they would start losing business then everybody would no longer go there then they would be closed down! It was the best way I could put it to them so that they could see that how important to act on information they are given that way they could not go wrong because then it gave them an idea of what the problem or if the had to get a quote to see how much money it would cost to fix the problem! Or completely replace it all together. This way it gave them plenty of time before the next guest had arrived to sort something out even if it was temporary or not was able to get it done but they could of taken it out of the room and put a ice box or something like that !

    I booked here as a rather last minute booking as it was cheap for a Saturday night. It's a good location, however the room provided (ground floor) was very stuffy with a window opening onto the reception area. It did get rather noisy when people were talking nearby. It's OK if you really can't afford other budget hotels (Travelodge etc) for a Saturday night.

    for the staff to be driving such nice cars, they could have refurbished and hired a 24 hour cleaner for the bathrooms. for some reason theres a extra charge to have a room with a private bathroom?? the linen room is outside in a shaggy cupboard which can easily have bugs, spiders & other creepy crawlers within. people are laying around relaxing on sofas which can be very uncomfortable for solo travellers that want to get up use kitchen facilities. behavior of staff is weird. keys are returned to reception if you go out unlike any other hotel. bathrooms are very unclean and have a smell. they are not cleaned regularly. would not recommend unless you have no place else to go within the city.

    He tried to give me a room with a shared bathroom and tried to force me to take another room! Then I showed him my booking he showed me a Standard room then said that he would let me know if he needs to change it! This man would receive his karma...
