The host is very friendly and helpful, the whole place was very clean. It's a great solution if you just need a place to sleep and visit the city for a couple of days. There's a cat named Ben.
Only small details - couldn't regulate the temperature, the room can get a bit too warm and the window only opens a couple of inches. There's no desk / surface to work on, and no wardrobe to put your stuff away. There's a fishtank in the room that makes a light buzzing noise if you are sensitive to that sort of things, but it didn't bother me personally.

The owner was very friendly. The room and shared bathroom were very clean. The room was spacious and warm. The buses were convenient to go to underground stations. It was good for a solo trip that the owner was staying in the house in case I needed help.
It’s a homestay so if you know and expect that you will share the owner’s bathroom, it is fine.
