Very good location, room clean, 24 hour reception. Felt safe. Room fairly quiet for London, bass from music could be heard on the Saturday night until 4am. Plenty of plug sockets, room fairly dark at night.

The bed was uncomfy but was okay. The room was very warm but there was a fan but we had brought our travel fan too which was a relief. The bathroom is in need of fixing, the shower was abysmal, an old glass door was missing and a plastic curtain in its place, touched your whole body as you showered as it is so small. Water leaked on the floor. Plug socket hanging off the wall, and staff seemed a little disgruntled/disinterested in any pleasantries or inquiries.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, great value for money and location was perfect for me

Nothing to complain about really would of loved a kettle in the room but that's just personal preference
