Sehr gute Lage - nur wenige Schritte zu der U-Bahn Station. Busstation beinahe direkt vor der Haustüre. Supermärkte und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und nett eingrichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Saubere Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ruhige Gegend.
Leider waren die Zimmer unfassbar hellhörig. Wir hatten extrem laute Zimmernachbarn, bis tief in die Nacht hinein. Man nimmt jede Türöffnung und Schließung sehr laut wahr. Das Gemeinschafts-Badezimmer war leider täglich schmutzig und man hatte kein "sauberes" Gefühl bei täglicher Waschroutine. Alles in allem, würde ich dort nicht mehr übernachten, sondern einige Euros mehr investieren und dafür ein ordentliches Zimmer zum Übernachten haben.

Chambre et lit correct. Manque ustensiles de cuisine (assiettes, verres, couverts, ....) pour le nombre de personnes présentes dan la maison. Propreté sans plus à cause des gens qui sont sales.

There was no breakfast. There were two mugs and a bit of tea in our room as well as a kettle. There's a kitchen with some pots and such, but you should prepare to provide your own eating utensils and bowls and the like. There are however several small shops nearby with very sufficient provisions.
I'm not sure the bathroom was cleaned regularly, and our soap disappeared out of it. I wish we'd known that the kitchen was not especially well appointed and that we would need our own bowls and spoons and things.
