Staff are nice, room is clean with towels provided. Has safe inside. Bathroom is separate from the toilet. I’d comeback and book here again for my next London travel.

I had a room in the basement, which was lacking fresh air, so even if it was 10-15 degrees outside, in the room the temperature was 25+ degrees Celsius. You have to pay for everything: towel, store your luggage after check-out or before check-in.
