    First time staying here and although I was worried about staying in a hostel. There was nothing to worry about as it's not your typical hostel. It has a great location, that's quiet and has amazing views. The rooms are kept clean! There's a free ferry crossing to Canary Wharf. Helpful staff, although I wish there were more on reception during peek times. But other than that, I'm in love with this place and I'll be definitely back!

    If you don’t have much expectation, it’s ok to just bunk in for a day or two. TV provided. Shower heater is ok. Air Conditioning works ok. Room lack of lightings. The lift can be problematics. Spoilt on my first day of stay and I have to carry my luggage 5 storey up. I read reviews on unfriendly staff and hence don’t bother to complain. Like I said, if there’s no expectation, for a night or two is fine.

    The location of this accommodation is nice, not exactly in the center but surrounding area is safe and quiet. The view is very nice. Very close to bus station where you can get to the city in around 30-60 mins. The booking site can be improved. I booked for female room with 3 beds, but it turned out later that the hotel doesn't have this type of room and I ended up in female room with 6 beds :( They also didn't assign you with bed number (which other hostels usually do) hence everyday I should re-check in my room card (if anyone check out from that room, the system will automatically log out all others key card for this room). There was always queue in the reception, perhaps in the peak time (e.g. check in time), the hotel can assign more staffs at the reception. They have USB adapter in the room which is very convenient for EU traveler.
