The location is very convenient to reach by metro. The room was clean and comfortable (in terms of value for money). I would rate everything else highly.
It was more difficult to find the people in charge when we arrived, but we managed. I would rate everything else highly, but we had to buy our toilet paper because it kept running out.

location was good and cheap for London to stay for bed only
neighbors doors was noisy over night, room is for bed only. Possibly if you pay extra you will get bigger size room but anyway is a private host
