The location is great. Very near to the Ferry’s station… very friendly host. The welcome drink too was good.

There were no cups for tea & coffee. Not many restaurants nearby.

Very clean well kept property with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable Not too much outside noise to disturb your sleep Good wifi signal Shower was very powerful after being in the sun and suncreen all day Bottle of bubbly on the table as you enter which i thought was a lovely touch but we don't drink Iron and ironing board provided which came in handy Easy communication with property owner as we got lost via whatsapp They sent a clear video walkthrough of how the get there through the little streets after we parked the car and how to gain access into property which was amazing 1 minute walk from the ferry port 5 min drive to Bellagio centre / 30 min walk if you haven't hired a car

I messaged the property via whatsapp the day of booking to check in slightly earlier than 2.30 I was told yes, I reconfirmed this about a week before. On the day I received a msg that check in was 2.30, so I explained I was told we could come slightly earlier, the response was that we should be able to check in at 2pm which was perfect however... We arrived at 2.15pm and the cleaners weren't anywhere near ready with the door open so we had to change out of airport outfits in the car and continue on with our day and came back later on. No hand wash/ body wash in the bathroom in the toiletries basket or near the sink/ in the shower there was only 2 little shower caps, little shampoo and conditioner so lucky we had our own bar of soap handy.
