Great location. Close to free parking and Bellagio, but also nice quiet at night.spacios apartment, very clean, beautifully decorated in a quiet little medieval village. The host was very nice too.

The apartment was beautifully finished out inside. But being inside a medieval building it had a number of different floor heights within the apartment and steps between them could catch the unwary.

We originally booked the apartment for 2 guests because we were not sure whether the other 2 people would actually join us. The apartment is designed for up to 4 guests, so we didn’t think this would become such a major issue. I completely understand that there may be additional charges or city tax for extra guests, but what happened was very disappointing. On our second day, we were suddenly asked to pay an additional €168 because all 4 guests were staying. The only thing we received in return was one extra towel. Paying €168 for two additional guests, with virtually no additional service or amenities provided, felt extremely expensive and unreasonable. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that I was asked to get into the employee’s car so they could drive me to an ATM to withdraw the money in cash. As someone who travels frequently, I have never experienced anything like this before. It felt very awkward and unprofessional, especially while I was simply trying to enjoy my vacation. The apartment itself was good, but the unexpected extra charge and the way it was handled left a negative impression and unfortunately affected our overall stay.
