It was a decent option for a short stay

The flat was spacious and comfortable, with enough room for a family. The free parking nearby was also very convenient. And the family was very friendly and helpful.

Guests are required to take their own rubbish to the bin, which feels more like self-catering accommodation and doesn’t match the level of service one would expect.

It's not in the center of Bellagio but it's only 15 minutes walk. Also there is a ferry stop few meters far the appartment and the neighborhood is beautiful.

Lovely and very clean. Easy parking, but a bit far from Bellagio centre

Very clean, all necessary information is available, owner is very responsive to questions. The apartment is in a quiet area, parking was easy and it is close to the beach (10 mins) and the ferry jetty (5 mins). Ferry takes you to main locations and villas along the shores of the lake.

Whilst the address is Bellagio, it is not as close to the centre as many reviewers suggest. The best way to get there is by ferry , but the ferry is not very frequent and there is none after 19.40 so you would have to walk back for about 20 mins if you are there for dinner. Walking is ok, but it is along narrow paths on the side of the main road so mind it if you come with small children. There is just one (very good) local fish restaurant within a minute walk so will need venture back to Bellagio for dinner options.

Amazing place for stay.

Apartment is small, clean and with all equipment you need. Location is great, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes walk to Bellagio. Host is very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and recommend this place.

Superb

Very quiet location, super close to the ferry station. The host responded very quickly to my questions. There were 2 bikes available at the property. It was very clean, well- equipped. A bottle of water and wine on arrival. A few minutes walk to the beach and a 10- minute walk to villa Melzi gardens.

Tidy rooms. fridge, good set of tourist brochures and wifi. Location was after all better than expected since there was the ferry connections just there. Just have to remember that those stop at the S. Giovanni more seldom than from other locations. And the famous family restaurant just behind the corner with the Ice named dog.

The locality close to Lake Como was delightful, The building was an old monastery but very well modernised. The owners lived upstairs and their daughter Simona contacted us by text to make sure everything was OK.

Absolutely stunning

Everything from the apartment to landlords was absolutely amazing, owners of the apartment were very very friendly and understanding and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, bed was super comfortable and the kitchen is huge. Place is located in San Giovanni which is short boat ride or 15 minutes walk to Bellagio centre, area is not very touristic and calm. Will definitely stay there if I ever come back to Bellagio.

Superb

We had a lovely stay at 'Casa Mia'. Even though we didn't get to meet the owner in person, she made us feel welcome by checking up on us a couple of times by text message during the week. The apartment was clean and looks really nice. We especially appreciated the cantucci we received when leaving as a thank you for staying. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment!

The apartment was slightly further away from the town then we thought beforehand, which made it more complicated to go out for a drink after dinner.

A great place to stay at Lago di Como

Casa Mia apartment offers great location in the heart of San Giovanni, where you can access everything around the Lago with a boat and Bellagio on foot. San Giovanni village is amazingly pleasant and out of the tourists flow in Bellagio and you can easily feel the Italian atmosphere, taste the food and go to a beach. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy all everything Lago di Como could offer you!

Perfect place to stay in Bellagio.

The host was amazing. She left everything super organized for us, with information about the beaches, where to eat and was very helpful. Her dad did our check-in and showed us the surroundings, which was great. The apartment is located in a very quiet area from San Giovani, 2min walk from the beach where the locals stay. There you can easily enjoy your day, swim and even rent a boat. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is great! I can only recommend it. Parking was easy and for free. Walking distance from the supermarket (15min) and Bellagio (20min) - the streets are very thin and it can be very hot, just keep it in mind!

Very friendly owner, good location. Very clean apartment that is comfortable to stay in. The information provided by the owner is extensive and helps you enjoy your trip to the maximum. Also there was a bottle of white whine and water waiting in the fridge for us upon arrival. Very attentive!

There was a weird repeating noise coming from the light/fan in the bedroom that was loud and repetitive. Kept you out of your sleep and would persist for a longer period of time after switching off the light.

Apartament jest przestronny i czysty. W osobnej sypialni jest naprawdę duża szafa i duże wygodne łóżko. W salonie z aneksem kuchennym rozkładana kanapa. Kuchnia wyposażona bardzo dobrze. W całym apartamencie świetnie działająca klimatyzacja. Lokalizacja ok 20 minut spacerem od Bellagio. 50 metrów od apartamentu przystań promowa San Giovanni - korzystaliśmy z niej tylko raz wracając z Lenno. 30 metrów od apartamentu znajduje się Nenè Café w którym codziennie piliśmy pyszną kawę z rogalikiem, a po południu jedliśmy pyszne panini. Tuż obok znajduje się kościół z pięknie grającymi dzwonami. Generalnie jeśli kiedyś tam wrócimy znowu wybierzemy to miejsce. Z bardzo miłymi gospodarzami kontakt głównie przez telefon - łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to niewygodna, skrzypiąca kanapa.

Хоч апартаменти і виглядають досить просто, але насправді дуже комфортні. Є все що потрібно для життя на кілька днів. Всюди чисто. Хочу відмітити хороші кондиціонери, з функцією відключення сильного потоку повітря, тобто не буде на вас дути. Поряд є безкоштовна простора парковка. Щоб занести речі то наче можна під'їхати прямо до входу, хоча може сусіди не будуть раді.

Не до апартаментів: дорога до Белладжио досить вузька, враховуєте це якщо у вас широкий автомобіль, або мало досвіду. Роз'їхалися з великим автобусом або вантажівкою іноді досить страшно.

Ottimo posto, pulito ed accogliente

Appartamento situato in località San Giovanni, al centro della borgata. La corte è piccolina, ma ad appena trenta metri si può parcheggare l'auto davanti all'ampio parcheggio della chiesa. Appartamento accogliente, caldo e pulitissimo e molto silenzioso. L'interno non è in piano, salotto, cucina, bagno e camera da letto sono separati da un paio di gradoni. Nella borgata sono presenti dei ristorantini e pub, in riva al lago davanti alla chiesa si ha l'attracco per il battello, da cui si gode anche una vista mozzafiato, soprattutto la notte. A Bellagio si arriva con una passeggiata di venti minuti.

Nella corte si fa fatica ad uscire con una auto di media cilindrata, meglio scaricare le valigie in strada e andare a parcheggiare direttamente l'auto davanti alla chiesa.
