Home away from home in Bellagio

Exceptional little apartment near Bellagio! We were only there one night but easily could have stayed for much longer. The fold-out bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked with coffee and cooking supplies, and the location was ideal for us - an easy 20min walk into town. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful and were easy to communicate with. As someone who gets lost easily I had no problem finding the apartment with Carlo's help! Would 100% stay again! 💪

clean, comfortable, very friendly hosts

I had a wonderful stay here! The place is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. there’s a spot almost right in front of the door to park, which made things very convenient. A big thank you to Carlo and Giulietta for all the helpful information they shared and for their heartwarming welcome. Their kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely book again!

Bellagio is very picturesque and on side of mountain. We had a vehicle so that helped but unit is close to many resteraunts.

An excellent stay! Exceeded our expectations.

Our experience at Casa San Giacomo was fantastic! From the start of our trip to the end Carlo and Giulia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They were extremely hospitable, and even provided us recommendations for local restaurants and sites to visit. Carlo was very quick to respond to all of our messages. We would definitely stay again in the future, and would highly recommend Casa San Giacomo! The location is great too! It is only a few minutes walk to the public beach, and a nice scenic 15-20min walk into Bellagio Town Centre. There is a supermarket nearby, also walking distance too. The property also includes free bikes to borrow too.

Lovely Stay and wonderful hosts.

Hosts were excellent and very helpful. Gave us lots of tips and recommendations. Close walk to the lake for swimming and free parking available. Good local coffee shop within a short walk. Approx. 25 min walk to Bellagio.

Very nice and cozy apparently, which has everything you need from all necessary kitchen suppliers to comfortable sofa beds! The hosts are so lovely and helpful! Provided us with lots of recommendations for our stay! The apartment is located about 20mins walk from the city centre, but on your way there are beautiful views, alternately you can take a bus.

Very cosy, lots of character. Small but comfortable for 2 people. Quiet. We only stayed one night but it would be a great spot for a longer stay too. Great host, gave us a great tip for a restaurant that was close by and outstanding.

Great place to stay

Exceptionally clean appartment ! We were picked up at the ferry in Bellagio and given a quick car tour of the places we could go by foot (or by bike, as there were bicycles available to borrow at the property!) The apartment is located a 15-20 min to Bellagio, but the road is not very adapted to pedestrians. You can also take the bus as there's a bus stop right next to the apartment. Overall great stay here.

Everything was cosy and welcoming. We appreciated the bottle of water. Excellent location, really close to Giardini di Villa Melzi, and a short walk from Bellagio center. We enjoyed it very much.

Good 1 night stay in Bellagio!

Moka pot was available for local coffee brewing experience. Owner was friendly and nice, contacting us through whatsapp. Toilet is big and spacious.

Bed was a sofa bed that was super soft. For a stay in bellagio, it was a 20minutes walk to the town centre.

Best accomodation ever😀.Close to Bellagio,just 7-10min walk.Quiet neighbourhood.Lovely Caffe restaurant "Nène" 200m in San Giovanni old town.But the best of all is the owner-Carlo!Never met so helpfull and emapathetic person.Very good english speaking and excellent contact on Whatsapp since I booked a accommodation.He even gived us a lift to train to Lecco when we travel back(trains from Varenna have been cancelled) Mille grazie! Carlo😄 We will back soon!

It was amazing, the hosts were really nice, they helped us with information on the location and the times of the ferry's. They recommended places to eat and things to do. They contacted us before the stay to ask about our plans and helped us with any questions we might had. They gave very great information on how to get to the location. The apartment was spacious, very well furnished and a great place to stay. It was very clean. It had a heating system that you could use to make your stay comfortable and warm. The bed was amazing. The bathroom incredibly clean. You had a coffee machine and coffee in the cupboard to enjoy your morning coffee. They waited on us with a beer on the table. They really exceeded all expectations.

We have no objections, just to say it was amazing. A little bit far from Bellagio, but there was a bus station nearby to get you to the center. All in all a great money's worth.

excellent price for an area where other properties were coming up much higher in price. this was affordable, clean, comfortable and perfect size. it’s not a hotel, has a home feel to it, has all the facilities you need and is about 15 -20 min walk to the centre.

It's a small, tiny flat, very clean with excellent location.

The host was very helpful and attentive, the place was clean and cosy. The location is perfect, a big park is in a 100 meter, so it was very good with the dog. We could let the car there just in front of the flat.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. They picked us up from the ferry and drove us to the location late at night when we arrived. The host gave us tips and recommendation and talked with us on whatsapp whenever we needed help or information. They even send us a list of what to do in the city and ordered pizza for us. Very lovely people, very clean apartament. Would recommend to anyone
