Le logement est confortable, tout est en excellent état et propre (sauf le balcon, couvert de déjections de pigeons). Le ventilateur au plafond est très efficace et très peu bruyant. Il y a quelques consommables d'usage courant (papier toilette, savon liquide, liquide vaisselle, etc.), très utiles quand on arrive. Bonne connexion internet.
Contrairement à l'intérieur, le balcon est très sale (déjections de pigeons), mais ça ne dérangera pas vraiment ceux qui n'y vont pas.

The apartment was clean & had everything I needed. It was a 5/10 minute walk to Port Lympia tram station, 5/10 minute walk to the bus stop, 5 minute walk to the grocery store & the train station is a 15/20 minute walk. Sandra was very quick to answer any of my questions. There are also restaurants & bakeries nearby. The street is busy during the day but quiet in the evening.
