Very close location to the centre. Good sized rooms and good bathroom.

Wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Just bit hard to park if you have a car

Good location, walkable to the city centre and with parking which is like gold dust in Edinburgh. Good size place with comfortable beds and good living space.

It's a bit more rundown than the pictures suggest but still solid. It wasn't completely clean, dirty towels still hanging up in one of the rooms, and laundry from the previous people hanging in the garden. We did let the owners know and they were very apologetic. Contacting the property owners through Booking.com got no response for weeks, but calling the listed phone number worked.

Nice and clean apartment close to Edinburgh city centre. Host kept really good contact with us and everything worked out as expected.

The springs of one bed felt hard when laying on it. Doors were a bit difficult to lock for a clumsy Finn. Table top was difficult to clean. One note: in the bathroom the grounding cable coming from the floor to the heater was not connected.

We, as a family of 7 (4 adults, 3 children), are grateful to stay in this property. The rooms are cozy, with very comfortable, hotel-like beds. The kitchen is complete with everything we need (except a rice cooker; we Asians love our rice lol). It has its own private parking right in front of the front door for 1 car; it fits our SUV. The toilet and bath are great with good water heating and water pressure. The location is great, with a few grocery stores around, just walking distance (10-15 minutes). Quite near the center, about 20 minutes walking to the center of the city. Overall, we had a good time here. Thank you to our host for a prompt reply when we contacted them. Lovely
