Jewellery Quarter Serviced Apartments Multiple Units in One Block

The property is spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities in there for guest to use.

There was noises in the middle of the night from the people who occupied other properties either downstairs or upstairs.

Really nice property very spacious and everything was spot on.

It was conveniently located in a nice part of the jewellery quarter. Very quiet area. The space met our requirements for the evening. Everyone had a comfortable nights sleep. We had an earlier check in and the staff were really friendly upon arrival.

This didn’t impact upon us because of the nature of our visit but if we had all wanted to use the lounge another sofa is needed to accommodate all of the guests rather than having to sit at the dining table.

Location is great for where we wanted to be. Both rooms had air conditioning, perfect for the summer heat. Free parking available on site. Felt safe and secure.

Floor needs a deep clean especially the bathroom. Bathroom door doesn’t have a lock so no privacy. Only 2 toilet rolls provided for a family of 5 staying for 4 days. No bins in the bedrooms. No full length mirror in one bedroom. Lighting poor to do makeup for where the mirror is in the other room. Large room with 2 beds need replacing. One of the rooms had air conditioning timer set so even if you switched it off it turned itself back on. Bathroom needs a lota/bidet. Early checkout compared to other places. Need to pay extra to check in and out late/early compared to other places where they will accommodate for free as long as they have availability.
