Was very clean, convenient location and no disturbances.

Could have gone for a bit of brighter lights.

This was an amazing stay. Comfortable, clean and accessible. The laundry facilities were great! Value for money. Thank you ❤️

I think some crockery and cutlery would have been a great asset. Having an itinerary for those would stop the theft of them and breakage. Obviously charge if they're not all there on departure.

While the people running the hotel were great, the decisions made by Management were bizarre and uncomfortable. WE rented a double room. There was one chair in the room. The staff managed to find another one for us, but when pointed out that the original chair was cracked and pinched the bum of the person istting in it, they could not find another chair (I talks to others ad their room had the same problem. There were no cooking utensils. (eg knives cutting boards, turners) and you semed to expect people to buy them-- which takes time and effort. The shower was pittiful-- it was a drip rather than a shower at maxim water flow. There was no broom or dust pan so we could sweep up. With temperatures of 35 degrees C, there were no fans to keep us somewhat cool.. And the windows were locked so that one got only a minimal amount of breeze.. While students who would be there for moths, the time spent in rectifying these features is a small fraction, for short term rentals ( eg a few weeks) makes no sense. I understand that you have just recently decided to allow short term rentals, but then you need to spend more time figuring out what such renters need. It maks a differece between an annoying stay or a great stay..
