The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were fully aware of its location in relation to Edinburgh, so there were no surprises there. It’s on the ground floor of a small residential building. The rooms are bright and clean, with a very practical layout. There’s plenty of parking right next to the building. The nearby road wasn’t much of an issue in terms of noise. Access to the apartment was easy and straightforward, following the host’s instructions. Overall, the apartment has a really positive feel to it and makes you want to stay. Definitely worth recommending!

Modern, well equipped and comfortable. 20 min walk to shops and small local station, 1/2 hour ride into Edinburgh.
Carpets need a clean.

It was well equipped apart from not having a hairdryer
Not having a hairdryer.
The plug hole in the bath/shower was blocked with hair which we removed and cleaned out. No instructions on how to turn the cooker on.
