Property was excellent for our requirements,in a good location for us to get to the Royal highland show.Could not fault it .Well laid out .

Excellent facilities, everything looked like it was brand new and the whole place was very clean The monsoon shower was exceptional and thoroughly helped after 3 days at lochgelly drift track. Shampoo and conditioner was provided as were bath and hand towels for each guest along with tea/coffee/sugar.

The mattresses were a little soft for our liking but that's personal preference. I also wished there was a recycling bin!

property was lovely and clean. beds were comfy. Its a property that shows the saying don’t judge a book by its cover. The neighbours are lovely and really helpful with things like knowing the best routes into the main city etc

I didn’t like the fact that there was no lock system from the inside of the house and was only one key provided so for example me and my sister went out to see a show but my mum stayed in the home with the children and because there was only 1 key and no saftey lock from the inside, we then had to leave the key with my mum and we had to hope she hadn’t fallen asleep otherwise we were then locked out. Unfortunately on our stay we had no water in the property due to a burst water main which was a nightmare as no one could shower or use the toilet etc.

Spacious flat, plenty room. 20 mins from Burntisland. 20 mins from Livingston designer outlet all in all great location.

The comfort of the beds was the only plus.

Only thing that was good was beds were comfortable. Nothing else.

Deep clean and several DIY jobs required. Flat has been neglected for some time. Front security door lock was broken. (No photographs posted of building/area or views outside windows). Large locked cupboard in hall made us feel very unsafe. Should be made aware of street and area for people to decide for themselves. This is more suited to workmen who only need a bed for couple of nights. Sofa stained and very uncomfortable, floors damaged. Only positive was beds were comfy. So many other other issues but basically what was meant to be a nice break for myself and my sisters 60th birthday turned out to be a living nightmare. Please make it company policy for owners to post current photographs of inside, views outside and most importantly the building/area.

Posizione, spaziosità e pulizia.

Le quartier est calme avec un parking. Le logement est spacieux et confortable. Les chambres sont simples, literie convenable. Les équipements de la cuisine fonctionnent correctement ainsi que la machine à laver. Bon rapport qualité prix.

L' appartement est propre (lit, serviette) mais si on regarde dans le détail il faut nettoyer certains équipements comme la hotte. Mais cela n empêche pas de dormir et de manger.

- Keine bis kaum vorhandene Parkplätze. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind super eng, es gibt nicht genug für alle - Eingang: Haustür zum Treppenhaus hat kein Schloss, ist kaputt und muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Treppenhaus ist dreckig und sämtliche Farbe an Wänden, Türen und Geländer abgeplatzt. Die Zwischentür in der Wohnung lässt sich nicht richtig schließen, ebenso wie alle anderen Türen nur mit Nachdruck geschlossen werden können. - Wohnung muss renoviert werden. Schimmel an den Fensterrahmen und in einem der Zimmer sowie im Bad in der Dusche/Badewanne. Sämtliche Fußleisten sind kaputt, die Farbe an den Türen teilweise abgeplatzt. Dreck in den Schränken. In fast allen Ecken Spinnenweben, die Fenster zum „Garten“ raus sind dreckig und verklebt. Backofentür ebenfalls dreckig. Waschmaschine dreckig am Gummi/Tür. Heizungen funktionieren nicht, es fühlt sich feucht/klamm in der Wohnhng an (könnte aber auch am Wetter/Klima liegen). Feuermelder in unserem Zimmer ist nicht fest und kurz vorm abfallen. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Abgenutzte Matratzen, man merkt jede Feder und sie hängen durch. Bettwäsche vorhanden, sieht aber benutzt und nicht frisch aus. Flecken auf den Gardinen. Es gibt keine Rollos. Es gibt nur 4 Stühle am Tisch im Wohnzimmer, bei einer Wohnung die für 7 Personen ausgelegt ist. Ein Stuhl ist nicht richtig zusammengebaut und fällt beim Setzen auseinander. Im Bad rostet der Klopapierständer und fällt beim Abrollen um. Für die Dusche sollte man nicht größer als 1,80m sein. Haare im Abfluss (nicht von uns), Wasser läuft in der Dusche/Badewanne und am Waschbecken nicht richtig ab. WLAN ist schlecht. Man hört die Nachbarn oben drüber. Wäscheständer vorhanden, aber wegen der Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung wird sie nicht trocken. Antwort vom Vermieter in Bezug auf die Feuchtigkeit: „Öffnen Sie das Fenster.“ Als ob das bei feuchtem Wetter draußen helfen wird. - Check in erst um 6 Uhr abends möglich!

Raňajky neboli v cene. Lokalita bola fajn vzhľadom na vzdialenosť od letiska, ale mimo obslužnosti väčšiny taxi služieb.

Po príchode sme našli v izbách použité vlhké uteráky, poháre sme si museli umyť, neboli k dispozicií žiadne utierky ani papierové ani tkané. Vybavenie kuchyne bolo veľmi slabé, a na záver sme našli umývačku plnú špinavého plesnivého riadu. Ten tam nemohol byť pár dní, ale pár týždňov. Naše pochybnosti, či máme čisté posteľné prádlo, sa týmto potvrdili, že nie. Nie sme si istí ani uterákmi pripravenými na naše použitie. Nedostatok toaletného papiera, žiadne pripravené zásoby. Byt bol vlhký a nevyvetraný. Nočné lampy nesvietili. Skôr než ubytovateľ definitívne potvrdil objednávku, museli sme podpísať 8 stranový dokument o tom, čo môžeme a čo nesmieme a aké nesieme riziko za nedodržanie ich podmienok. On však určite nesplnil základné povinnosti ubytovateľa.

Appartamento ampio e nuovo, pulito e perfettamente attrezzato. Vicino alla fermata del Bus, la Stazione di Rosyth si raggiunge a piedi in 20/25 minuti, pochi minuti in Bus. Per chi ha l'auto parcheggio facile davanti alla struttura.
