Perfect stay in spacious house with excellent facilities

Lovely home on a short drive from Edinburgh Airport. Spacious and with excellent facilities, and had a homely feel to it. Would highly recommend staying here! A bonus was the supermarket just around the corner.

Quirky decoration. Super comfy beds. Near lots of nice food places. Perfect base for day trips around Fife. Lovely wee garden. Great we could bring dogs too.

Perfect for a family stay!

Beautiful house, loved the decor and the garden is a great addition if you’re bringing dogs! In a good central location for the area. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is fantastic and it’s got an overall very homely vibe to it. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely house that was well equipped with everything that we needed. The host was very responsive. We liked having a full size house even though it was a little further out from Edinburgh, but the bus stop was 3 mins walk away and it only took 30-40mins into the centre. Very convenient with a corner store just a few houses away and a Tesco just 2 mins drive. The kids loved the little toys in the room. Lovely little welcome package when we arrived too. Would highly recommend.

Only complaint was that there were no block out blinds in the bedrooms. Only a problem for us visiting in summer. Otherwise it was perfect.

Like everything about the properties so comfy and feel like home. The shops and takeaways was just around the corner which is a bonus.

Not I didn't like it's just need rectified! is the outside should be mowed as the grass was long and please if you can provide some big pots for cooking.

Superb

The house is located in a relatively quiet area in the city, although with shops, petrol station and restaurants all on walking distance. Within 20 minutes by car a free P&R in Edinburgh is reached. From there only 30 minutes to Edinburgh centre by tram. The house is a bit outdated, however efforts to modernise the house are visible, the kitchen has new equipement and the bedrooms had new carpets.The owner left us a welcome sign and basket with cookies, crisps and juice.

Due to small rooms on the ground floor, the house was very full. The kitchen was well equiped but almost no area for cutting/cooking and space for your own stuff, although I found an empty drawer closet next to the fridge, behind the door to the livingroom. However not a handy place since you need to go through the livingroom to the dining room.

Would love to come back

The property is easy to find and check-in. Away from the hum-drum of the city, the holiday home will give you peace and tranquility. The two storied house has comfortable drawing room, separate 6 seater dining room and a moderate sized kitchen at the ground floor. The second floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. The design and cleanliness of the house is awesome. It has all the facilities including a small garden to the front and to the rear of the house.

The bathroom could have been modernized. The cleanliness of the outside could have been taken care of in better way.

Quiet place, warm house, we had all we needed. The only thing was the fire alarm on the ground floor that started beeping every minute in the middle of the night, but then suddenly stopped doing that.

downstairs rooms living room/kitchen/dining room all very modern. upstairs rooms a little more dated and the beds weren’t the most comfortable, however, the amount of rooms was a big plus. dog friendly was a huge bonus and there were menus etc for ease of finding food. my main recommendation would be to provide some instructions around the cooking facilities as this was a touch confusing (induction job).

beds could be comfier and the internet was super slow. Driveway/carport are very skinny, parking on street is the far better option.
