Staff eccellente, tutti molto disponibili e gentili e ottima posizione con parcheggio gratuito vicino. Riad è molto carino, caratteristico e pulito. Colazione buonissima!

Lo scaldabagno perdeva ma per il resto tutto funzionale.

The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very easy to find once you got your bearings. The staff was extraordinary and went above and beyond to anticipate and meet our needs. The walking guide they found for us was older, had lived in the Medina his entire life, spoke clear English, was knowledgeable about the history, and above all very kind and patient with my friend with mobility struggles. the food was excellent (breakfast and a few extra meals). Having a culinary background, I decided to spend a half day with the Chef: we planned a menu together, shopped at the spice and food market for all our needs, and made a chiken lemon tagine with 3 starters. The Chef is a formally trained chef, and was really fun to cook with. The team also did a few loads of laundry for us (we packed lightly) for only about $2 each). I cannot rave about this place and team enough! We had such a wonderful and memorable time in Fez, and I will never forget the kindnesses and attention to detail. Thank you! What a great team!

We had such a lovely and comfortable stay at the riad. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything was seamless—from arranging taxi transfers to arranging spa treatments like massages and the hammam which really enhanced our experience. The rooms were exceptional: beautifully presented, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. A special thank you to the staff, who was so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference. We would absolutely recommend this riad and would happily stay again.
