Spacious 2 King Bed Flat near City Centre

The staff's service was excellent.

The host was helpful as we had a few problems getting in. Flat was comfortable and spacious and location was really convenient.

Was a little bit disappointed as there were 4 of us staying there and only 1 towel was provided even though when we checked it did say towels were provided.

Všeobecně lze říct, že je ubytování v pohodě. Má skvělé umístění - do centra jsme byli Boltem za 10min, na tramvaj je to kousek. Je to v moc hezkém domě, v krásném klidném dvoře se zelení, velmi úpravné okolí. Vlastní byt je jednoduše, hezky zařízen, bylo uklizeno. Zařízení je už starší, hlavně koupelna. Ale vše čisté. Hostitel byl velmi vstřícný, ochotný a rychlý v komunikaci - což bylo skvělé. Check-in a check-out v pohodě, bez problémů - klíče se dle zaslaných instrukcí vyzvedávají u vstupních dveří v key-boxu. Hezký byt kazí pár detailů, kdyby toto bylo - bude pobyt dokonalý. Doporučuji dodat více ručníků, 4x osuška pro 4 lidi je málo. Chybí alespoň ručníky na ruce. V koupelně by se hodila nějaká polička. Neměli jsme žádná ramínka ve skříni- rychle byla dodána, ale to už tam snad mělo být ..., Také nějaká utěrka na nádobí, když je tam kuchyně. Postele - jsou strašně (!) měkké, jako vodní postel. Ale to někomu může vyhovovat, někomu ne. Vím že je to asi místním zvykem - ale lepší by byly dvě přikrývky, ne nej jedna společná.

The flat is spacious and in a very good location, but it felt carelessly managed rather than professionally run. The access code shown in the arrival video was incorrect. We were then verbally given a second code, which also did not work when we returned; only after further messages did we receive the correct code. There was no clear apology or proactive effort to ensure that we could access the property easily. The Wi-Fi was another issue. We carefully tried the password printed on the router many times, as instructed, but it did not work. Even after sending a clear photo of the label, we never received the correct password or a practical solution, so we had no Wi-Fi during our two-night stay. The property has good space and potential, but it needs more attention to detail, accurate information, and responsive communication. These are small things to fix, but they make a big difference to guests. A genuine hospitality business should check that access instructions and Wi-Fi work before guests arrive.
