The property was in a good location to get the trams. Also the layout of the property was well thought out. Had everything there that you needed.

Great location, tram, cafes and supermarket just round the corner. Quiet at night. Property lovely and clean. Everything to hand. Appreciated the fudge and tablet gift. Good contact with the owner.

There was no information booklet about the property and the surrounding area and I would suggest a step by step guide on how to work the hob would be helpful. We did contact the owner but she just sent us the manufactures, guide but we still could not get it to work, perhaps it was faulty and needs repairing or simply she did not know herself how to use it? We were approx 2 hours away from reaching the property and I had to contact her multiple times for details on how to access the keys to enter. There were some nice touches like providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, tea, coffee, sugar and condiments, also numerous cleaning products. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine and fudge left for us. When self catering if you can’t prepare food on the hob it was very frustrating. We also couldn’t get some TV channels? The property was quite dark inside requiring lights on. There were areas which could have been cleaner. We did message the owner on departure but she still has not responded and that was over 48 hours ago. Sadly I would not recommend the property.
