Very good location - apartment near the old town, near the tram stop.
Easy access from the airport by tram.
There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet.
Nice host and good communication.
Fully equipped kitchen.
The shower works perfectly.
A bit noisy from the street.
The Wi-Fi connection was often lost in the evenings.
The dining table is designed for 2 people (there are only 2 chairs).
The cleanliness of the bedding was questionable.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Location excellent to walk into Edinburgh or Leith. Plenty of nice cafes, restaurants and takeaways close by. Tram and buses right outside. The bedding was good quality and very comfortable.
Perfect for 2 people but would be a little cramped for 4, if it was more than a couple of days.
