Location was great. What a nice place Leith is by these old docks. Nice bars and lovely restaurants. The Tram directly to and from the airport via Edinburgh was a real bonus.
3rd floor no lift. Just mention in the info that the lockbox key is around the back of the property, attached to #9 Bin shelters. I didn't arrive by car so at first this area wasn't obvious.

Excellent location, a few steps from the Leith Shore in one direction, and very close to the tram stop in the other. Easy to get there from the airport, a short tram ride into town, and a lot of cafes, bars etc in the vicinity. Spacious and comfortable flat with responsive and helpful hosts.
Third floor location might put some people off, but we didn't find it an issue. There could be a limited amount of noise from adjoining flats and the stairwell at night. But overall no major issues at all, these are minor things.

Great location near tram and centre of Leith
As there were 4 of us it was disappointing that there weren’t 4 kitchen items - spoons, wine glasses, tumblers etc. had shortbread and a note left by the front door after we had already arrived.

The location of this apartment is wonderful- very near to the trams into town, and a few minutes from The Shore at Leith, with great eating places. It's comfortable and well equipped. Quiet area at night.
The small print warns that you may be asked for a security deposit. What it doesn't say is that a demand for £500 dropped into my inbox one hour before we arrived. I was told this is because of the festival- but the festival wasn't on when we were there. The key was not released until they had our £500.
Dirty pans in the cooker. A hole in one of the towels. The owner was incredibly helpful, but the management company were not.
