We had a lovely stay in this cosy two-bedroom flat in Leith. The apartment felt warm, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great, with easy access to local shops, cafés, and transport links. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable base in Edinburgh.

Very convenient location for us to Leith Links to trade the food festival, living accommodation was comfortable for the very short time we spend in the living room, having cutlery was helpful.
The top floor location and stairs wouldn’t suit those with mobility issues, the main bed would benefit from a good quality topper or a new ikea mattress as the springs were prominent but didn’t ruin my quality of sleep (I do however think I could have had a good quality sleep on concrete the weekend of our stay and been content).
