Posizione con vista eccezionale sul Golfo dei Poeti, immersa nel verde e comoda per accedere al mare a piedi (80 m di dislivello) alla splendida Baia blu. Posto auto presente e indispensabile.

Une fois sorti de la Spezia, on monte une petite colline au dessus de la baie, qui laisse voir de temps en temps la mer. Arrivé en haut, parking privé bien pratique et on a effectivement une belle vue. L'appartement est bien équipé, la résidence est calme. Petit plus : marcher 10 min dans les oliviers pour déboucher sur une super plage !
Dommage, il manquerais une terrasse pour profiter totalement de l'extérieur.

Cenare affacciati sul golfo, in un posto incantevole, lontani dal rumore, ma vicini sia alla spiaggia che alle località più belle delle 5 Terre. Il proprietario, persona molto affabile e simpatica, è prodigo di informazioni e consigli per il soggiorno. Privacy garantita, la casa è completa, non è la solta casa vacanza, ma una abitazione vera e propria. Consiglio di fermarsi più giorni.
