Katerini Grand Luxury Villa with Garden and Jacuzzi

Eight of us spent 11 wonderful days at Theodoros' house. Thank you very much, very helpful and kind host! The house is very spacious and comfortable, extremely clean and with a well-kept garden, it has everything you need to feel at home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, outside of noisy resorts, which is what we were looking for. You can reach nice beaches in 10-15 minutes by car. We 100% recommend Theodoros and his house!

This was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. Instead of staying in a busy apartment, we wanted somewhere peaceful where our children could spend time outdoors, and this house exceeded our expectations. The garden is enormous, filled with beautiful trees, and became our kids’ favorite place to play. The house itself was exceptionally clean, probably one of the cleanest holiday homes we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We could reach the beach in just a few minutes by car, while Mount Olympus, Dion, waterfalls, and monasteries were all close enough for easy day trips. It was the ideal combination of nature, relaxation, and sightseeing. A special thank you to Mr. Theodoros, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We highly recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. The house is huge, clean and absolutely beautiful. It everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and in the garden, which feels like a little forest, after a day at the beach, which is only a short drive away. The welcoming drinks were a lovely touch, and we also loved meeting the neighbour's friendly cat! The host was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

The beach is not walking distance, but it’s only a 5 - 10 minute drive.
