דירה נחמדה ומרווחת בשכונת קלמריה הנעימה, ממוקמת לא במרחק סביר ממרכז העיר - שילוב טוב של מיקום ושקט במרחק נסיעה סביר ממרכז העיר, כבונוס הצלחנו תמיד למצוא חניה בחינם ברחוב (בתחילת יוני).
שהינו שם כמשפחה של מבוגרים,
קיבלנו דירה לא באמת נקייה. ציוד כמו מקלחות,סלון, תריסים ומטבח צריכים שיפוץ קל.
מצוין שהדירה ממוזגת אך בפועל רק בסלון היה מזגן קטן ובמסדרון - החדרים היו קצת חמים והיה צריך להשאיר דלתות פתוחות כדי שייכנס אוויר קר מהמסדרון. היו חסרות שמיכות וכשביקשנו לקבל הביאו רק שתיים.
אין אפשרות לתקשר ב whatsapp ולא היו לנו שיחות אז התקשורת הייתה במיילים וזמן התגובה לא כ"כ מהיר.

The apartment has incredible space. It had 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. It would be excellent for a long-term stay. Also, the agent was extremely responsive. Someone previous had disconnected the wifi, so he was able to get the internet back up and running for us.
The location was good for being in the metro area without being inside Thessaloniki; however the parking was atrocious. We had filtered for places with parking and had questioned regarding the parking. We were told street parking was available with a paid parking also available. That was absolutely not the case. Dont count on parking in the evening unless you are overly patient or lucky.

Really spacious apartment, good location, good value for money.
The breakfast was really poor. They bought really cheap, low-quality groceries and left them in the apartment.
So you have to actually cook your breakfast and then go ahead and wash the dishes by hand because there isn't a dishwasher. No value in the breakfast, just don't pay for it.
