I strongly advise against booking this apartment. It is absolutely not a luxury apartment.

Disappointing stay – not “luxury” at all Unfortunately, this apartment was a big disappointment and definitely not worthy of being called “luxury”. When we arrived, the heating did not work properly, which was very unpleasant. Even worse, we had no hot water at all. Only after calling the host did he come over and manually increase the gas pressure so we could finally get hot water. This is not something guests should have to deal with. The balcony faces the back of the building and offers no nice view at all, which was also disappointing. The room itself was very poorly renovated. The workmanship looked cheap and unfinished, and overall the space did not feel comfortable or high-quality in any way. The only positive aspect of this apartment was the whirlpool. However, having a whirlpool alone does not justify calling this place “luxury”. Advertising it as such feels misleading and honestly quite ridiculous. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort or quality.

Rude owner and cold shower

Location was good

There was no warm water after arrival so I couldnt even shower after the long journey. The owner didnt turn on the water heater. When we contacted him he just asked for whatsapp but didnt fix anything. Even after my daughter contacted him on whatsapp he didnt offer any solution instead tried to blame it on us that we dont know how to turn on the hot tub. When we didnt even care about hot tub that evening. He was very rude to all of us and didnt offer any apologies despite it being his fault. The next morning he just sent a cleaning lady who didnt speak any English and who also struggled to turn the water heater on. I would definitely not recommend this apartment unless you want to deal with rude owner and cold showers.

Not bad, but it could have been much better.

The location was great. The price is very reasonable, too.

We didn't like that in 4 days during our stay, nobody cleaned the room and even the trashbin was overflowed with trash and nobody threw it out. Maybe we are supposed to throw it ourselves, hahahaha... And the owner didin't allow any option for us to leave our luggage on some appropriate place for a few hours after the check out. Last year we stayed in Bologna, Italy. Not only they cleaned the room every single day, but last day we got the space to leave our luggage for a whole afternoon after the check out, since our flight home was late evening...

Wonderful apartment in the center of Thessaloniki.

Bright, clean, spacious, comfortable, modern apartment.

Bathroom although huge and equipped with a jacuzzi tub, it could use a shower cabin and places to hang towels. Parking is a huge challenge.

GREAT LOCATION AND FULLY EQUIPPED APPARTMENT

THE BEST THING IS THE LOCATION, VERY VERY CENTRAL, CLOSE TO PLATIA ARISTOTELOUS AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. MARKET, SHOPS, BAR, RESTAURANTS ON WALKING DISTANCE. LARGE LIVING ROOM, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, LARGE SMART TV AND VERY CONFORTABLE BED. EXTRA LARGE BATHROOM WITH JACUZI.

THE COFFE MAKER WAS NOT WORKING.

Nice and pleasant place for a short escape

I loved the bed, it was very comfortable. Also, the facilities were all clean and tidy. You have all types of shops and restaurants nearby.

It was a nightmare to find parking. So, better to look for a parking space and prepay if possible in advance.

Horrible humidity problem if you use hot water even with the window open. Classic case mediocre room that adds the words luxury and spa to mislead customers. First time ever in a hotel the cleaning staff was banging on the door 30 min before checkout to remind us about the checkout...

Misleading, this is not a luxury apartment, overpriced for what you get. We asked for extra trash bags, and they said that they are an "AirBnB" and does not provide such. Toiletries provided were terrible. This is not luxury at all, do not pay such price for a normal, terrible service apartment.

Very convenient and pleasant stay with extra comfort with the jacuzzi!

The place is very centrally located and there are many restaurants and cafes around, and it is within walking distance to most sights. The jacuzzi was a bonus. The room is very quiet and private.

The ventilation was not too good. It would have been better if the air conditioning was in use so I could adjust the temperature of the room.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay in the heart of the city

The room was tidy, and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent, literally at the very center of the city. The landlord was very kind, swift, and helpful.
