The house is very beautiful, incredibly large and very central. An apartment that can easily accommodate 7-8 people. The coded door entrance is very useful it makes life easier. A house that we can recommend to everyone,
The Wi-Fi is very weak, it doesn't work in many parts of the house. The kitchen is a bit messy, the ice maker in the refrigerator doesn't work, the trash can is rusty and not usable. Also, the trash can in the bathroom is very neglected. We felt like a lot of money was spent on the house, but the necessary maintenance was not done on time. It's time to replace that filter coffee machine.

Σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, άνετο, καθαρό και καλά εξοπλισμένο. Η επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετική, όπως και όλες οι οδηγίες τους σχετικά με την διαμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα. Προτείνεται.
Πρέπει να διορθωθεί η καταχώριση, καθώς στην ουσία τα μπάνια του καταλύματος είναι δύο και όχι τρία.

Sehr zentrale Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuẞ vom Aristoteles Platz entfernt, große und geräumige Wohnung, hochwertig ausgestattet, Sauberkeit von Wäsche und Wohnung, Aufzug in 4. Etage, wirklich vieles vorhanden.
Die Decke auf dem Sofa wirkte nicht sauber, es waren nicht genug Töpfe, Schüsseln vorhanden, vom Toaster war nur die Verpackung da, direkt an großer Straße gelegen (allerdings trotz dieser Tatsache sehr leise).
